本网刚刚获悉，协会成员阿南获得欧洲咖啡协会SCAE2008年度The Hidden Treasure Award和The Passionate Educator Award两项提名。阿南真名易正南，认识他的人都称呼他阿南。他是四川成都四季情怀咖啡的创始人，目前是中国唯一通过了欧洲特质咖啡协会SCAE认证的咖啡师，同时他还通过了其他多个初级和高级的咖啡师资质认证。 易正南先生是中国从事专业咖啡的先驱者，通过专业、严谨的烘焙与萃取技术来制做高品质的咖啡是其不断的追求。
正式奖项将于6月21日在丹麦的哥本哈根揭晓。

For most of us the city of Chengdu is unknown. Nevertheless, the SCAE has a member there, a coffee shop and a shop roaster, and the place is also an educational centre for the real baristas from all over China. Now, China may not be the importer of the finest coffees in the world, but Zhengnan Yi manages the get exceptional coffees from all over the world, which is an achievement in itself. And he is a strong believer in fresh roast and fresh grind. So that is what he serves, for filter brew, for espresso and for espresso-based beverages. But the hidden treasure not only lies in the coffees served there, but also in the knowledge shared there. In regular weekend workshops he teaches the art of roasting and brewing and above all the taste differences in green coffee.
